The Master Builder Product Range is made from High Quality Carbon Steel, with a hammered paint finish. Every aspect of the Master Builder product range is designed and engineered to give optimum performance. The shovel head is pressed from high quality, though carbon steel, then tempered for extra strength. Master Builder high quality handles are manufactured from the only the finest Solid Ash, specially selected for its grain and consistency. The timber is carefully examined to ensure outstanding performance and durability.
We make our Master Builder shovel sockets extra long, giving you more steel than wood. The handle is then hydraulically pushed into the socket to penetrate deep into the lower reaches of the socket, so the handle-to-socket interference surface area is larger than competitors’ products. This maximises the load bearing capacity while reducing handle breakage and prolonging the life of the shovel.
